É que a REVISTA DO TRF3 espelha e espalha as luzes dos desembargadores, juízes, servidores e estudiosos que conformam a comunidade jurídica paulista e sul-mato-grossense. Essa fonte, a par de inesgotável, é vibrante, atual, fecunda e esmerada. Tanto quanto possível desejamos direcionar, numa ou noutra edições, linhas de debates por temas, que sejam considerados pelos nossos jurisconsultos como de importância especial para cada momento histórico. Essa dinâmica é um desafio. Queremos que nossos conteúdos atendam o cotidiano de quem deles se utiliza. Queremos que nossos luminares percebam também a valia instante de suas ideias. Queremos, enfim, que a história da Justiça Federal da Terceira Região seja contada aqui, cientificamente falando, por quem se dispuser a alavancá-la ao talante do binômio utilidade e atualidade
