The content of the Journal's doctrine section is aimed at publishing unpublished scientific articles, with a special focus on law applied to federal jurisdiction. However, content related to the various branches of Public and Private Law, as well as interdisciplinary human sciences such as Philosophy of Law, Legal Anthropology, Sociology and Forensic Psychology are also accepted, with the aim of enriching the legal debate by broadening thematic diversity.

In addition, in accordance with articles 113 and 116 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Court of the 3rd Region, the Journal is an official repository of case law, and therefore has sections aimed at making available relevant judgments, decisions and sentences handed down within the scope of the Federal Court of the 3rd Region.

Exceptionally, the Editorial Board reserves the right to suggest the inclusion of special sections for the publication of jurisprudential commentaries, reviews, translations, compilations of content from academic events held by the TRF of the 3rd Region or other documents, which will be made available at the discretion of the Federal Judge Director of the Journal.
